Francisco holds a Bachelors degree on Leisure Business Administration from the Universidad del Valle de Atemajac and a Masters degree in International Relations from the Ortega y Gasset Institute in Madrid, Spain.
His professional experience includes having worked for 3 years in the administrative section of the Consulate General of the United States in Guadalajara, and 4 years as academic coordinator of the Department of Business and International Relations of the Universidad del Valle de Atemajac.
In 2005, invited by the United States Embassy in Mexico, he participated in the Summer Seminar on American Studies held in the city of San Diego, California. Also, in October 2006 he gave a series of conferences on the Culture of Business in Mexico in the province of Nova Scotia, Canada.
He has been member of the International Studies Association (ISA), the Mexican Association of International Studies (AMEI), and the Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research (SIETAR); He was also part of the advisory staff of the consulting companies: Richardson Global (United States) and Managing Worldwide (France). Board member of the Mexican Association of Canadian Studies 2009-2010.
Founding partner of Inteligencia Global Consulting, he is a consultant, trainer and lecturer, specialist in political affairs of the United States of America, as well as in cross cultural communication, negotiation and intercultural etiquette; and the adaptation of new cultural environments (culture shock). Director of Insiders Speakers & Conferences, agency dedicated to the representation of speakers and the production of events.
He is a regular media analyst addressing issues about the United States, international politics and international relations in Mexico.
He is currently a professor at the Universidad Panamericana Guadalajara (UP), Universidad del Valle de Atemajac (UNIVA) and has also participated in the degree programs of the Universidad del Valle de México (UVM) and the Technological Institute of Higher Studies of the West (ITESO) .
